Pow & Er

Pow and Er were created as part of an employee behavioural campaign for Western Power, operators of WA's electricity network. 'Er' represents the unease felt when witnessing questionable behaviour, and 'Pow' is a positive counterpart. These friendly figures encourage employees to speak up when something feels wrong and to celebrate when things feel right.
